Q. How do I get an apartment at Drexel Arms?
A. The process is very simple. Fill out an on-line application and send it to the Matrix Group. If an apartment is available you will be notified and then a deposit is required.

Q. How much deposit is required?
A. An amount equal to two months rent is required as a security deposit. It is NOT first and last months rent. It is returned after your lease period.

Q. Can apartments be handed down from existing tenants to their friends, Sorority sisters, etc?
A. Yes, the process is the same as above.

Q. How can I be sure that I will get an apartment?
A. Each year the amount of available apartments varies. Because of the popularity of Drexel Arms the earlier you apply the more likely you are to be accepted.

Q. Are pets permitted?
A. No pets are permitted.

Q. What about a laundry room?
A. A locked, well lit, coin operated laundry room is on the premises.

Q. What about repairs?
A. Recently the entire building was completely renovated so major repairs are unlikely. For normal maintenance you may submit a service request and Matrix Group Personnel will perform the repair.

Q. How long are the leases?
A. Leases begin June 1st of each year and can be extended in one-year periods.

Q. How do I pay the rent?
A. The rent can be paid in many ways, some students pay the entire twelve months, others pay bi-annually, and others pay every month. The rent is due on the first of each month.
